The Annual FGLI Consortium Administrator Conference brings together a community of faculty and administrators to collectively address complex issues impacting FGLI students across higher education. The 2019 Theme was, “The Identities We Hold: Centering Intersectionality to Support FGLI Students Through and For Institutional Change.”
Attendees hear from inspirational speakers, think radically about transformational change, and share knowledge about ways that help ensure FGLI students thrive at highly selective colleges and universities. Administrators and faculty working with and advocating for first-generation and/or lower-income college students at highly selective institutions are encouraged to attend.
