The FGLI (First-Generation, Lower-Income) Consortium is a national organization that provides leadership, expertise, and resources around the experience of first-generation and/or lower-income college students at highly-selective universities and colleges. We develop and serve administrators who work directly with the FGLI population through knowledge sharing and relationship building, specifically through our annual conference. We serve as thought leaders to selective colleges and universities across the nation - consulting on best practices and offering guidance and recommendations on college access and success to educational professionals, non-profits and other stakeholders.
